What's an "alias"?
An alias is whitelisted forwarding address that helps you understand and control where your mail is coming from. For example, you might have an alias netflix (netflix@<your username>.and.email) that you use for your Netflix account.
Is this a full email service?
No -- and.email is a simple forwarding layer on top of your existing email. You can think of us like a mailroom clerk; we organize and filter inbound messages, and then make sure they get to their destination (your existing alias).
Can I keep my own email?
Yes! We don't receive or store any email -- everything gets forwarded to your existing email provider (or blocked, if you so choose).
What personal data do you collect?
When you sign up for an account, we collect your email for authentication purposes. When you start creating aliases and forwarding mail, we store the subject line and sender for each email sent to a given alias so you can track alias activity. If you delete an alias (or your entire account), all email data is permanently deleted.
We do not collect, inspect or store the body of any emails.
Do you offer refunds?
